Employment Standards Workshop

Wages are often the largest expense in a business. A good understanding of Alberta’s minimum standards for pay entitlements leads to improved employer/employee relations. The Wages at Work session provides a comprehensive hands-on learning experience designed to provide participants with a better understanding of the rights and obligations of employers and employees under the Employment Standards Code. This workshop will take place on Thursday, February 27th, 2013 from 9:00am to noon. All participants must be pre-registered to attend.


Freezer Jam and Homemade Salsa

These two fun workshops will get you ready for holiday entertaining! Freezer jam is essentially uncooked (or cooked less than 5 minutes), then stored frozen and will be that ready made treat for your guests this Christmas. This workshop is Thursday, November 21st, 2013 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, we would love to see you there.

It is easy to add your own flare to homemade salsa, learn how to take this delicious appetizer from raw ingredients to your holiday table in the second workshop. The second workshop is Thursday, November 28th, 2013 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Both workshops are sure to tantalize your taste buds!
